Rodents are resourceful invaders that seek warmth, shelter, and food—especially as outdoor temperatures drop. Common signs of a rodent infestation include droppings along baseboards or in cabinets, gnawed food packaging, shredded nesting materials, and scratching or scurrying sounds in the walls or ceiling at night. You might also notice a musty odor or greasy rub marks along walls from their fur. In some cases, pets may become agitated in areas where rodents are active.

Even a single mouse can indicate a larger hidden population. Since rodents reproduce quickly and can squeeze through gaps the size of a dime, early detection is critical.
