No. While we do offer service agreements, it is not a requirement of your service. Our main objective is to keep our customers 100% satisfied with their service and address whatever pest problem. We do not want or expect you to continue paying for our service if you are not happy with the results.

• For termite treatments, if it is raining or there is standing water within 18 inches of the house, we will need to reschedule the service for a date/time that it is not raining/wet. Once the treatment is complete, rain/water will not affect it.
• For pest control, we let our technicians make a decision as to whether or not to treat while out in the field. Typically if its drizzling or a light rain, they will continue to service. Hard rain, we will reschedule.  
• If it starts to rain after your service was performed, do not worry. Our products are designed to withstand all weather conditions.  We also offer a 30 day guarantee on our treatments so if after the service you do start to see bugs within that 30 day period, we are happy to come back out and retreat the property at no cost to you.
